My Electric Water Heater Is Not Heating As Much Water As It Used To. Why?

We pulled our well pump about mid August and replaced the submersible pump and submersible motor and lowered it back in the well and hooked it all up again. Now here we are in mid November, and about a week and a half ago all was well, but now in the last 5-7 days we are only getting enough hot water to run about an inch in our bathtub and then it turns to cold. Can someone please help?

You only get a certain amount of hot water with a well depending on how much water there is in the well to heat it might be going dry

UUUm No. I know better than that. You don't get hot water from a well....it's all cold till the water heater heats it.

Your hot water tank has calcium build up or your electric heating element is going bad.

If it is calcium, what can be done?  Or do I have to replace it?
