Where Can I Find Toshiba Tecra 9100 Sound Card Driver?

I went to the U.S. version of Toshiba's website to find the solution to this problem on the Tecra I bought used recently and upgraded to Windows XP SP2. Their version of the downloaded "new" driver would not install on my system. No reason was given, and the install process functioned correctly, until the time came to click the finish button. When I clicked it, the message came back "Driver was not installed." No explanation -- nothing! Thank you very much for the link to this driver, as it works wonderfully!
