Why Does My Central A/c Keep Blowing Fuses?
The temperature has been in the 100's here. I have had to replace fuses twice this week. The last time i pushed the fuse box back in i saw sparks, but the air came back on.

The possible cause is high temperature. There can also be electricity fluctuation that's keeping blowing fuses. You should also check the wire on which this A/c is working. I think your electrician has used low potency electricity coil. It should be at least 7/29.
