Contact your child support enforcement office to advise them, and contact the court who entered the original order for support to have the order modified or suspended. You may talk with the Clerk of the Court to inform of your intention and to inquire about the appropriate process in the court of jurisdiction. You will likely be required to submit a legal documentation and your reasons for asking that the support be suspended or modified. An attorney can also help you with this process.
