How Is Volcano Different From A Mountain?

Answer Question

A volcano is a mountain still growing because if it blasts lava than the lava will become a layer of the volcano. There are some mountains that also erupt like Mount Vesuvius. Mountains have steep sides.

A mountain's base doesn't bury into the molten core of the earth as a volcano has a connection to the base of the earth which is how the lava and molten rock come up through the surface
