Because everything that God does happens for a reason,I'd call the dinosaurs a recipe so to say! I believe the meteor hit the earth caused the climate to change and therefore eliminated the dinosaurs yet creating fuel oil ect..To tie this together with God would put this with the War of the Angles[maybe]According to ancient text I've pieced together.

While there is no definitive proof about the extinction of the dinosaurs, it is widely believed that a meteorite struck the earth approximately 65 million years ago. Due to a layer of iridium, an element found commonly in space, we have substansial evidence for this theory. However, it is also believed that the dinosaurs were beginning to shrink in numbers before the extinction, and that the meteorite was the tipping point.
