I Need A Good Fitness Planner! Can You Suggest?
Hi, I`m 5 ft 5 in and 196 lbs. Things are not looking good with my current weigh, I know. However, I intend to change that. Recently I have started a diet and I hope for the best. When I have some spare time, I do some stretching exercises and a friend told me to use a fitness planner. Is it that necessary for me? Where can I find one?
