    Easy recipe and crazy simple is this one:
              Buy two family packs of drumettes(raw ones) and place flat in a dish or pan and add one quart buttermilk pouring it evenly over the drumettes.   In a bowl, measure out 2 cups of flour and 1 tbsp Chinese five spice mix with flour and set aside. After chicken has marinated overnight, it will soak up all the buttermilk and then throw drumettes in a plastic bag with the flour coating a few at a time and removing to place on a rack. Deep fry drumettes until done and at 375F  and remove and serve with your favorite sauce. Duck sauce, or Hoisin is my fav, and a bowl of rice.
