    Chinese food is cuisine that is primarily cooked and has its origins in China. Although it is cooked all over the world, not many know the taste of authentic Chinese food. Most places and countries that cook it add to it their own variations, seasonings and flavors to suit their palette.

    However, the real Chinese food is said to be rather bland and involves a range of cooking techniques. Some of these are boiling, stir frying, Poaching, Steaming and roasting. Their entire cuisine is also divided into the Yin and the Yang foods, both of which are linked to a lot more than just the individual's tastes. They also have the five major elements when it comes to food namely; metal, water, wood, earth and fire. The cuisine is also divided into eight regional variations.
