Ms. Elizabeth Arden was a well known business woman who was very successful in her work as a beautician. She was born in the year 1878 in Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada. He real birth name was Florence Nightingale Graham.
She was a very determined and very successful business woman. She worked to open the very first beauty salon in the state of New York in the year 1907. This first beauty salon soon became the beginning of a line of salons and beauty products. American women loved the service they received in her salons and also loved the beauty products that she produced. Elizabeth Arden was a very well known house hold name in the line of beauty products.
Elizabeth Arden died in the year 1966 of heart complications, but many of her beauty products, styles and designs are still seen in fine department stores across the United States of America.
