My friend is a young, super healthy 41 years old woman. She was recently diagnosed with stage 4 tongue cancer with some lymph node involvement. She begins treatment of chemo and radiation in a week or so. What is the success rate for this sort of cancer?

Stage 4 tongue cancer is vary advance stage of the problem. At this stage, metastasis is already begun. Prognosis is not good. Five years survival rate is 46%. So, take all necessary therapeutic options.
