Vets
This Question Is Answered:
What if my female cat is having trouble giving birth and the vets are closed?
How long after she gives birth/should we check the babies to make sure they are OK?

I do not know a city that does not have a 24 hour vet service found in the yellow pages and if you live in the country then someone should know their home number. Personally, I always kept a medically oriented cat care book handy.
