It depends on what part of the state you live in. Go to the online Farmer's Almanac. Choose the one that says " The original since 1792." Register and it will ask for your zip code. When you put in your zip code, it will give you a planting guide for your area. It will also tell you what plant help each other and which plants hurt each other. It has a ton of useful information.
