You can draw the floor plans yourself. Measure the outside of your house. This is called the footprint. Next measure all of your rooms. Draw each room to 1/8" to 1/4" scale, graph paper makes it easier. You will notice that the footprint is larger than the actual inside dimensions. The exterior walls should be 6" thick and interior walls should be 4".  Measure and insert a symbol in each room where outlets and switches are. Do the same for plumbing and built in light fixtures.

If you need and actual blueprint that's another story. You would have to find out who built your house and have them help you track the prints down, if they still exist.
