How Old Was Adam When He Died And Is There Information In Genesis About The Age Of Others Who Died?

The book of Genesis did not speak of Eve after the birth of Seth so there is no information about her death. Adam died at the age of 930 (nine hundred and 30 years). His son Seth died at 912 years old. Enosh lived 815 years.

Other descendants of Adam, and apparently, Eve, lived many years also. Enosh son was 905. Kenen lived 840. Mahalalel died at 830 years. Jared died at 962 years.

Enoch lived 365 years before he died and was so blessed by God that walked with him and took him with Him at his death. Next son in line was Methuselah who lived 969 years. His first son was Lamech 777 years and was the father of Noah who lived 500 years and his 3 sons were Shem, Ham and Japheth. All of this information is in Genesis chapter 5.

Chapter 6 says that men began to multiply on the earth and daughters were born to them and the sons saw that the daughters of men were beautiful so they took any wives that they chose.

At the same time, God decided to let people live only to 120 years, however, Noah lived 950 years.
