We Want To Build A Chicken Tractor For Approximately 20 Wyandotte Hens; There Is A Problem With Predator Birds. What's The Best Way To Connect The Run To The Henhouse?

The tractor needs to be light, since my husband is disabled. For 20 laying hens, 2 pieces may be needed. PVC pipe cannot be used, since we have high winds in this area. We plan to move it several times a week.

Its sorry to hear that your husband is disabled, but still there is some way of doing a thing. You can use a cagr that might not be of the local one .You might have different arms of bed that can be joined with the help of rope, in the form of a easy cage , most probably , it will not cost you much along with the light weight driving.
