Can I Use A Window/wall Air Conditioner In The Wall?

I was told that you can not use a window/wall unit a.c. in the wall because it will not vent properly. Is this true, or can I use one of these units with 110V in my wall without a problem?

Will the A/C be going all the way through the wall to the outside of the house? then yes you can. If that is the case make sure it is snug and sealed in the wall with a support bracket on the outside of the house. If the A/C instructions say you can use a 110V then you can without a problem.
