I would say it should be OK as long as it isn't fried and you don't dip it in cocktail sauce shrimp isn't very healthy its full of cholesterol

The shrimp is rich in fats and cholesterol. In gall bladder problems you have to avoid fats. So i will advise you not to eat shrimp. Try to eat liquid diet. I am giving you a link for your diet. You can select which food you can eat and which can not. Visit Gall bladder diet.

You need a completely low fat diet for gallstones the only other option is to get on the waiting list through your doctors for gallbladder removal if you eat fats it will flare up more and more and can make you feel very ill indeed so I'm afraid low fat all the way ask your local nurse/doctor for some low fat diet sheets so you don't get bored
