I'm The Only Woman Where I Work. The Men I Work With Treat Woman As Though They Are Greater , Smarter, Etc...Is It Possible To Get Any Respect Or Am I Wishing For Some Thing That Will Never Happen?

I'll bet your boss is a male too. Have you complained to him about this? You should be able to voice your concerns to your boss about this, and be heard and taken seriously. If it continues, you might have no recourse but to take them to court over it. Hope this helps, good luck to you.

BTDT. I would stop being overly nice. It's not appreciated. Answer only when spoken to. Stop doing all the little things that make their lives easier. Sooner or later one of those neanderthals will ask you what's up. Tell them, "I'm a team player, quit putting me on the bench.

Yes.  You need to keep consistent with what you expect from them.  They either have not been taught respect, have low self esteem or are following the group.  Let them know that you think that they are much more attractive when they talk to you with respect and care.

Many times in male dominated environments, you will not get respect especially if the bosses or people who have positions higher than you are all male. However, if you work hard, do extra things, show your commitment, and are friendly and obviously willing to work, you will get respect, regardless of the environment.

Some men OR women have their brains in the wrong places or are stuck on them selves and others are below them!
