    It is not really possible to lose a whole lot of weight in three weeks but yes you will lose some. You will need to drink a whole lot of water depending on your current weight. You will also need to exercise heavier. By exercise I mean you will have to work out for at least 45-60 minutes a day. Your aerobics can be even be in the form of aerobics. Do weight as much as you can. So it is possible in a way to lose weight but not heavy weight as such. You might find some kind of difference in your body weight but not much.
