Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

In order to be a qualified mechanic one of the first important things that you need is to have a high school diploma or even a GED, exceptional reading and math skills, and understanding of computer applications and general technology. You will also need to do certain high school courses that will help you to read and understand technical manuals, and also follow computer-based diagrams and commands and have a good understanding of mechanical engineering.

You will also need to take up some job, wherein you can work as a trainee. Generally your learning process after which you become a specialist is for almost two to three years. So it means that you have work rigorously for at lest 2 to 3 years.
