The main thing is the lack of healthy food.
The second is the lack of care and love that he won't recieve because his parents are not in the mood to play with him. It sounds like a joke but is very important for the growing kid that someone can play with him. This way he discovers the world and interact with people. For this reason little children should play more live games than computer games.
The computer games are also good for the good connections of one's mind, but you know it, what's too much is bad.
Then when he goes up he can't afford several things like looking good, learning at a good high school are university. In the world today everybody is looking at the appearances and the ones at the same age with him won't accept him in their group.
There were also people which were grown in poor conditions and they got very far or very smart but these are very rare cases. I have many good writers and artists in my country which were very poor all their life. The most relevant example, relevant in the meaning that is known by everybody, are Madonna and Michael Jackson. They both did it at one time abd one of them still hits the ground while the other is almost under the grownd. I think that Michael wouldn't had become in the way that he is today if he had had a decent peaceful childhood. He even claimed this in his song "Have you seen my childhood?"
