Pizza - Thick Crust Or Thin ? Which Do You Prefer And What Is Your Favourite Pie ?

Oh for heaven's sake--that sounds so delicious!!

I also like veggie pizza; Gorgonzola and mozzarella with tomatoes, onion, spinach, artichoke hearts, and mushrooms... Thin crust.  Yum.  Thank you for sharing this.

For heavier pizzas - those that are really piled with stuff, I like a medium crust to hold it up!  For non white pizza, my fav is probably mushroom, onion, green peppers, sometimes jalapeno slices.  I'm not a big meat eater, but if there's meat on it, I don't mind Canadian bacon.  

I always drizzle a little olive oil on my pizza just before I eat it, and usually make good use of the pecoricino, too!

I am getting hungry just writing this!

I love thin crust, maybe it is just the St. Louis style pizza that I have grown up with, but a crunchy thin crust can't be beat.
