I was wondering if there was a way that I could get access to the internet at my home, but I do not have a phone and I do not want wireless internet because it is too expensive, is there an Internet Company that can turn on a phone for me, only to be used for the internet?

Yes you can use internet services through your cable company, T1, satellite or buy a Sprint or Verizon wifi card.
