    The format of the letter should be simple as any other letter. However, you should write in a way to give complete disadvantages of TV in a child's bedroom. You should write as follows;

    Providing a TV to a child in his bedroom will entice him to watch TV during study hours. The child can see prone channels and thus his character can be damaged by it. It is easy to say here that he will sleep late and will get up late for school. His concentration and attention in the class will be poor because of less sleeping.  In short, his aim and goals will be detracted.

      With the variety of TV programes,more and more child are addicted to
      them.They turn on the Tvset first on arriving home. What's worse, it result in ignoring suppers and their homework assigned
      by their teachers.The exciting TV programmes let the children feel
      difficulty shift  the entertainment to the study routine. So they spend no
      time doing their homework ,copying others instead. In addition, watching
      tv for a long time result in the short-sight which is the adverse
      factor for them. So I sincerely hope parents not to put the TV set in their children's bedroom.
