Well, yes an order was filed but whenever it is necessary for the agencies to show the information they can use that. This is the exception in the order. You must understand that.

I have been going through this and have info to pass on they may be helpful to others, if there are cases against you that were dismissed you must include them in your request to whatever county your applying for an expungement or they will show up,in Oregon you must pay $15.00 for your fingerprints and $90.00 to the OSP for a background check I am full of anxiety trying to do this on my own it is so important I have been denied jobs, housing and the right to hold my head high, if anyone out there has any advice for me please write this site
