    You need to petition the Court. The Court is the only one that can change this situation and by asking them you will get a more relevant answer as every State is different with different laws. You would be advised to perhaps contact the State Bar where you live and you can get a low-cost or free consultation with an attorney that can give you better guidance for you goal.
