All inclusive may initially seem to be a boring and costly option, but it has many benefits.
Firstly, all-inclusive options are great value as all drinks, meals and snacks are included. If you work out the cost of soft drinks and times by the amount of these you will need in hot countries, you can see the benefits immediately.

The meals and drink times are specified but are usually 24 hours and the food is usually of buffet style and so you will always find foods that you enjoy. This is a particularly great option for families as it is less expensive and everyone can eat at times that suit them.

The number of venues that you can eat at are usually extensive and range from self service buffets, to self service snacks, beach bars and sometimes even food supplies in your room. Most all inclusive hotels also have restaurants that you use a certain number of times per week of your stay and they are usually of a high standard. They create a welcome change and prevent you from getting bored with the buffet style meals.

If you want to eat outside of the hotel, then this is a viable option as you have not been using your spending money for food throughout the holiday. In my experience, the all-inclusive option is an enjoyable and highly recommended option. Remember, however, that the star rating will affect the food quality and choice.
