Its not a big problem. Have you installed spyware software. These softwares prevent people from spying your computer.
Before installing these softwares, first format your full harddisk, as it is high possibility that some file might be hidden somewhere in your harddisk. Don't open unnecessary files from unknown persons. Install antivirus software, and better to keep away your computer from everyone except those who you trust.

Hi Tamur!  Thanx for the answer, but I have been running Zone alarm, AVG antivirus, Windows defender, and Spybot.  I've spent untold dollars in having my drive, wiped, reinstalled, hardware firewalls new PCs and more but he still keeps coming back.  His hacks are all Microsoft.  I think I know who it is, but he's half a country away and I don't have his address.  Any more thoughts please?

Go back to the police and insist they take out an 'official harassment charge'. Trust me it'll work, the guy is breaking the law by 'harassing' you and causing you 'distress' and making you feel 'threatened'. The police are being lazy at present and you are not saying the right things to them in order to get them to take it seriously and act accordingly. Good luck........Deborah

Try buying and downloading an ip address hider/changer. He is hacking you from your ip then your network then your computer if he cant find you it should work i googled a 10 free trial for you, see if it works :) www.proxyway.com
