Depending on how much you put in, you should get it changed a.s.a.p. Because it is highly detergent and doesn't have the right lubricating properties for an engine, but it will help clean out any sludge that has built up inside your engine. Just don't drive it any farther than you have to as it will help cause damage to all the bearing surfaces if left for too long.
