    Just eat a well-balanced diet high in fiber, salads with dark green leafy vegetables, if it's too difficult to eat 3 big meals a day, eat 6 smaller ones.  Drink lots of juices, stay away from mercury containing fish and sushi, and make sure you take your prenatal vitamins regularly.
