A big problem is lack of structure with the material submitted. Always place your artwork in a separate image folder. If you're submitting a range of images give them meaningful file names. Arrange high and low-resolution  images into separate sub folders.

Something else to be crystal clear about is copyright. Before submitting artwork always ensure that any trademarks or logos are legally owned by your company. If not, do not proceed with your pen order without first obtaining the written consent of the trademark or copyright holder.

Ultimately, the onus is on the customer to make certain that all artwork is properly authorised for use. This includes the right to use, copy and distribute any copyrighted material e.g. a trademark, trade name or logo, service mark, statement or testimonial, portrait, graphic, artwork, photograph, picture or illustration of any person or any other intellectual property.
