    OK means all clear. And it came from old English. It is said that someone used this phrase as "oll clear" and with the passage of time it became ok.

      It means All Correct, signifying approval. It is the acronym of the humorous misspelling of All Correct as Orl/Oll Korrect during late 1830s.
