Is Jogging Daily Good Exercise For A Cesarean Operated?
I used to jog 3 times a week. I doubted if it's good for my health or not. I guess doing it in three succeeding months I'm loosing weight about 10 or 12 lbs.

You didn't say how long ago it was you had the surgery. If it has been over six months your insides would have had a chance to heal if not that long try Yoga.

It's been 9 mos since i had the surgery... I lost my communication to my obgyne. Except in taking diet pills and doing yoga's, in safest way... How can i loss my weight more on physical activities? I'm about 130 lbs.
