I Went To Work And I Received My First Check A Month Later. Is That Unemployment Fraud?
While on unemployment I started working for a registry. I reported that I hadn't receive any money. When I finally received my first check I no longer claimed unemployment.

The unemployment office sent me a letter saying that I was overpaid but it took about 4 weeks for my first check so I recieved 2 unemplyment checks in the meantime. I'm worried because I don't have the money to pay them back.
