Is It Possible That Ther Can Be A World War 3 And Is It Very Likely ?

It's possible, though i think it's far less likely since hotheads like bush are out of office. Though that can change very quickly if the make up of world leadership, the u.s congress changes or, heaven forbid, a world leader is assassinated like in ww1. Things could get ugly real quick. I think, or at least i hope, we've learned from those mistakes of the past and we use diplomacy more effectively this time around. It seems as though the last u.s. Administration learned nothing from the past.
