    Bideford is a small port city that is located on the River Torridge in north Devon, south-west England. It is also the most significant town of the Torridge local government district.
    Some of the most famous attractions in and around Bideford are the Bideford long bridge, The Lundy ferry, MS Oldenburg, the statue of Charles Kingsley, next to the "Wonky Conker" tree with its "helping hand", The Pannier Market, Torridge Bridge from the Quay, Port of Bideford Monument and the replica of the original signal box at Bideford's former railway station.
    One of the most famous attractions is the river that is located to the eats, which is known as East-the-Water (or Shamwickshire). This land is situated on the drained marshlands. The historical monument found in the place is the Chudleigh Fort, which was built by the Parliamentarian Major-General during the English Civil War.
