In the country where there are hard and fast rules and strict policies though may be very progressive or beneficial for its people yet people don't feel relaxed and easy. They had to lead a specific life with certain rules and regulations and they feel as if they are living in a prison. On the other hand if we see countries where liberal are moderate policies are adopted according to the will and desire of its people, people feel relaxed and they don't feel any burden or tension and in turn lead a very comfortable life. So we can say that liberal or moderate policies are better for a country and its people.
