Internal cache memory used by cpu of the computer to reduce the average time of access memory. It is a just like faster memory which stores the data which is mostly used by memory. When cpu read or write any data again and again then that data store in internal cache memory and if so, the processor immediately reads or write to the internal cache, which is must faster than reading or writing to the main memory(RAM).
