Call your County Recorders office. They can tell you if you are registered and where your polling place is. Your wife has to register herself. If you have moved since you last registered, you need to re register. You can pick up the forms at the DMV, and it seems like in front of the grocery store, there is always someone with Voter Registration forms! The post office might have forms too but I'm not sure. A lot of public/government offices will have the forms.
