The Italian words for the 'welcome to' are:
    "Dare il benvenuto a"
You can easily obtain the translation for any word, phrase or sentence from English to French, Italian, Spanish, German, Portuguese and so on by using the following website:
    www.freetranslation.com
All you have to do is specify the language you want translated and the languege you want the translation in and then type in the word, phrase or sentence and click 'Free Translation' on the bottom right. You will get an accurate translation in a matter of minutes. Enjoy!:)

The only reason why "free translation" is a BAD site is because it just translates your words. No conjugation. Therefore, don't feel as if you're speaking perfect Italian by using that site, go to Italy and speak. People will understand you, but vaguely.
You need to conjugate everything in Italian and those free sites just don't do it. The best thing to do is just learn the language.

Anyway, "welcome to" translates to "Benvenuto a ____(insert name here)____"  The "dare il" is completely unnecessary.
