How Do I Treat An Under Belly And Leg Rash?
The rash is red and almost black in color, under his legs, does not seem to hurt. Not hot. Seems to be spreading.

Take him or her to the vet. My own dog had something like this and our vet gave her some medicine and it cleared up in about two weeks.

Yes, our family dog also had that. It actually comes back in certain times of the year. The vet prescribes a cream for it that is the only thing that has ever helped our dog.
