    Can My Ex Husband Whom I Do Not Share Custody With, Legally Claim Our Children On His Taxes?

    My ex husband is trying to sue me for the right to claim our children on his taxes. I have sole custody of our children and his does pay child support, but now wants to claim one or both of our children every other year for reasons of his own financial gain I can only assume. Can he do this?

    Yeah, he can do this, but u have not mentioned ages of your children. As a matter of fact he is a father and he can claim your kids on bases of his money. So I think you should consult a lawyer for better opinion and step.
