Just Got A Pre-owned 9-3 With 26,000 Miles. When Driving At Night The Headlights Seem To Be Dim. The Headlight Lenses Are Clear And All Bulbs Are Working But I Find Myself Driving With My High Beams On So I Can See The Road. Any Suggestions?
