Well First Make Sure You Beat Elite Four and Have National Poke Dex And A wake the boy. And All That Stuff Then Go To The Bottom Left House in Eterna City Then Talk To Professor Oak In That House. Then He Will Talk About The Birds. And Then Look On Your Marking Map And They Should Be There If not open it again and if you dont have marking map it is found at jubilife city poketch company
