Troubleshoot for Pictures viewing:
This can be because when E-mail and/or Browser settings are set to such that they do not allow pictures to be displayed.
Check that the attached pictures were successfully attached with no errors-Sometimes pictures get attached but an error shows up not displaying it properly.
The size of the picture is not creating an issue along with no virus gets detected on it by MSN uploader.
You also need to see whether the format of pictures you sent are either supported on receiver's end.
Even If after all that, things are alright. You can contact MSN and tell them of your problem using "contact" link.
