    At times, an employee is only as good as the individual he got his training from. This being said, it is true that training is the most important factor to ease employees into their new positions.

    Determine what your objective or goal is. Know what you are training the person and make him aware of it as well. The individual should have a clear idea about why he is in the organisation. He should have a proper knowledge of how the organisation and its working.

    Get to know your employees, their attitudes and personalities. Make them feel comfortable and at ease. Your method of teaching should involve theoretical as well as practical applications. Ease the employee into making decisions for himself, he cannot be spoon fed the whole time. Give your feedback and also be open to the employee's suggestions.
