How To Stop My Impulse To Yell When I Get Mad?

    The best way to get rid of a bad habit, is to replace it with something else.  When you feel yourself getting angry, you need to switch gears and become more logical about what is causing the anger instead of reacting on impulse and emotionally.  Another thing you can do, is wear a rubber band on your wrist and when you feel the urge to start yelling, snap the rubber band!
    Basically, you have to re learn how to react to things that press your buttons.
