Can Foot Reflexology Help With A Problem With My Feet?

I feel like I have a pea under the joint next to the ball of my foot and it seems to be getting worse (ie. More sensitive). When I flex my foot in certain directions I can feel and hear a clicking noise. Can this be a tendon trying to pass thru a guide and that tendon is not passing thru smoothly? How can this be corrected?

Reflexology is done by apply pressure to the affected part by hands usually with thumb and figure without lubrication. A tendon is a tough and flexible band of fibrous tissue.  Its function is to connect the muscle to the bones. Clicking noise usually come from bone and form the tendon a well.  If you have problems with tendon then the foot reflexology will work.
