My boxer has become lethargic this afternoon, she was fine until she ate dinner, then shortly after she became listless, threw up (nothing unusual in the vomit, no odor), she acts like she wants to use the bathroom but can't, tummy sometimes hard.

She sounds like shes in labour! If this isn't possible then it could be a stomach bug which will resolve itself in a couple of days. If she gets very unwell though, take her to a vet immediately.

Hi a dog can't get a flu as human being, but he can vomit when his symptom is not good so you should take him to veterinary to check what's his symptom ?
